Standard cancelation charges as send by mail with confirmation booking

All cancelations are to be communicated in written.

Any amendment in original booking has to be given us in writing. All changes will be processed only after the receipt of the same by the company. However if any of the amendment request results in cancelation of the or more services, then the company is liable to recover cancelation charges has indicated in the above – mentioned table.

In mail mentioned cancelation charged are applicable only against the main tour and optional tour published by the company. If the client has booked any other services such as air/train tickets or any third party product then the is liable to recover cancelation charges as per cancelation terms of respective airline / railways or the cancelation terms of respective third party. The company is also liable to recover its service charges against booking and cancelling such services for the client.

The refund shall be processed within 15-20 working days from the date of cancellation request. If we have received payment through a valid credit card, the same will be refunded to your credit card. Payments made using any other form of payment will be refunded by cheque with in a maximum of 30 days from date of receipt of the ticket. All refunds shall be processed subject to processing of refunds by the respective airline / service provider.

Important Note: Convenience fee charged at the time booking will not be refundable.

Dream Holidays here by expressly disclaims any implied warranties imputed by the laws of any jurisdiction or country other than those where it is operating its office for all complaints suits, clims or disputes of whatsoever nature relating to any products including tours by Dream Holidays, the courts and tribunals in Delhi.
